  定义），和/或以印刷格式或数字化格式及其他任何媒介包括但不仅限于音频或视频的方式在全球范围内传播您提交的条目（包括文摘）。
★您同意厦门大学学术典藏库可以在不改变原有内容的基础上，出于保存目的而将您的提交条目转化为任何媒介或格式。
★您也同意厦门大学学术典藏库出于数据安全、备份和保存的目的，而拥有多个提交条目的拷贝。
★您声明您所提交的条目是您的独创作品，并且拥有授予该协议所包含的权利的权利。同时您也声明在您知识范围内，您的提交条目没有

★如果提交的条目是基于代理机构或组织的赞助或支持完成的，您声明您已经履行了审核的所有权利或其他合同或协议所规定的义务。
★厦门大学学术典藏库将在您的提交条目上标明您的姓名，以明确您是该条目的作者或所有者，并将不再变更。
