不同学科高校硕士研究生学费价格问题研究

Abstract

随着研究生扩招以及研究生收费制度的建立，研究生学费价格成为社会热点问题之一。研究生教育的性质和学费的性质是确定学费价格的前提，教育成本和教育的公共性程度（准公共产品率、社会收益和私人收益）是影响不同学科高校硕士研究生学费价格的主要因素。针对不同学科高校硕士研究生学费价格是否应该有不同，本文对不同学科硕士研究生学费价格的差异性进行了理论分析，并选取29所中央部委直属高校为样本，对它们的学费与奖学金数据进行分类比较，来研究我国不同学科硕士研究生学费价格现状。论文得出如下结论： 第一，从理论上看，不同学科高校硕士研究生的教育成本和未来收益都有一定程度的不同，因而理论上其学费价格应该有差异。 第二...Along with the fact that postgraduate students enrollment continues to expand and postgraduate students tuition reform continues to deepen, the postgraduate students tuition price becomes one of hot social issues.
