dc.description.abstract | 碳化锆(ZrC)具有高熔点、高硬度、耐热性、高强度、高弹性磨量,良好的化学稳定性、电导性和热导性等,其晶须可做为WRM(晶须强化金属)、WRC(晶须强化陶瓷)等复合材料的补强材料。目前ZrC晶须的制备研究主要采用化学气相沉积法(CVD),而碳热还原法制备ZrC晶须鲜有报道。本论文采用金属锆有机物和环氧树脂为原料,通过碳热还原法制备得ZrC晶须。在论文第二章,将Zr(acac)4或ZrCl4·2THF、环氧树脂、固化剂按一定比例溶于二氯甲烷中,涂覆于石墨基板,固化制得环氧复合物。在惰性气氛(氩气)下,将此复合物于800℃充分预裂解后,再于1400℃、1500℃和1600℃保温处理90分钟。用XR... | |
