dc.description.abstract用等位酶分析技术研究了海南东寨港红树林分布区内位于高潮带和低潮带桐花树亚种群的遗传多样性和遗传分化 .结果表明 ,不同潮位的桐花树亚种群维持着较高的遗传多样性 ,观察杂合度为 0 .2 35 ,预期杂合度为 0 .186.不同潮位的桐花树亚种群的遗传分化很低 ,亚种群间的遗传分化为FST=0 .0 5 8,表明总的遗传变异中有 94 .2 %来自亚种群内 .基因流顺畅 ,Nm=4 .0 6.亚种群间的遗传一致度和遗传距离分别为 0 .976和 0 .0 2 4
dc.description.abstractThe genetic variation and genetic differentiation are investigated by using allo zyme technic in A. corniculation in high tide and low tide in Dongzaigang Ha rbour of Hainan Province. The results showed that A. corniculation subpopula tion maintained relatively high level of genetic variation; The observed heteroz ygosity ( H o) was 0.235, and the expected heterozygosity ( H e) was 0.186; The genetic differentiation in A. corniculation in different tides was low, F ST = 0.058 , which showed that 94.2% of total heterozygosity came fr om intra subpopulation, and the genetic distance and genetic identity between s ubpopulation was 0.024 and 0.976 respectively, gene flow ( N m) was smooth, which was 4.06.
