dc.description.abstract2020年,教育部叫停自主招生,在36所“双一流”高校实行强基计划。然而在首年招生中多所高校招生遇冷,围绕这一问题,系统地对强基计划实施状况进行研究,既有助于深化强基计划的实践认识,又对丰富我国基础学科人才选拔培养有重要的实践与理论意义。 以“强基计划”为研究对象,综合地运用了文献、比较、统计分析和访谈等方法。首先,从自主招生谈起,明确了强基计划何以产生的问题;其次,以36所试点高校的招生简章为抓手,系统分析了强基计划政策推进的基本情况。在此基础上,选择A高校,采用半结构访谈分析了高校强基计划实践逻辑及问题,基于此提出强基计划实践的优化路径。 本研究认为强基计划既是对自主招生实践经验的继承...
