基于碳材料构建的电化学和电致化学发光生物传感器

Abstract

碳纳米管和石墨烯是碳家族体系中的两种重要的碳质新材料,利用其作为修饰电极复合材料的载体,在电化学各个领域中均有广泛的应用。Au、Ag、Pt、Pd等贵金属纳米粒子具有区别于本体材料的优异的光、电、磁和催化性能,是一类非常重要的纳米材料。本论文工作分别利用功能化碳纳米管(FCNTs)和氧化型石墨烯(GO)两种材料,通过简单的自氧化还原体系将钯纳米粒子(PdNPs)分别自发还原在FCNTs和GO表面,研究其在电催化和无酶葡萄糖传感中的应用;另外,利用简单的一锅法反应,将铂纳米花(PtNFs)通过乙醇还原修饰在GO表面,考察了其在电催化甲醇中的应用;最后,利用GO表面丰富的羧基与二(2,2’-联吡啶)...
