区域性农贸市场食品安全监管评价研究——以福建省泉州市为例

Abstract

现阶段，国内食品安全形势越来越复杂，特别是对于区域农贸市场来说，其食品安全监管难度日益增加。如何科学评价农贸市场食品安全监管所取得的成效，提高食品安全监管水平，这是摆在理论界以及政府面前最为重要的课题之一。因此，需要构建相应的食品安全监管体系以评价农贸市场食品监管水平。我国针对食品安全问题制定了诸多的法律法规，可以看出政府在对食品监管问题进行治理的信心和决心，它对于促进食品安全监管具有积极的推动作用。 目前大多数学者对食品安全监管研究大多是基于省级及以上的视角，对于市级层面视角的食品安全监管研究不多，因此，本研究以农贸市场食品安全监管的视角开展研究，以泉州市13区县为研究对象，对区域性农贸市...At the present stage, the situation of domestic food safety is becoming more and more complicated, especially for the regional farmers' market, which is increasingly difficult to regulate food safety.
