基于内控视角的医药制造业所得税风险管理分析——以W制药公司为例

Abstract

医药制造行业关系国计民生，由于行业的特殊性可以享受较多的税收优惠政策，因此涉税问题较为复杂。近年来，国家不断深入推动医药行业改革，医保控费、药品招投标等一系列政策频出，医药制造业发展迎来重大变革，医药制造企业面临较大的税务风险。在众多税种中企业所得税政策最为复杂，因此企业所得税的税务风险管理难度较大。在新形势下，如何以最小的成本有效防范和控制企业所得税税务风险成为医药制造企业亟待解决的问题。 本文结合医药制造业的行业特征对其企业所得税风险管理要点进行梳理并以W制药公司作为案例分析对象对医药制造企业所得税风险管理进行研究。采用流程分析法对该企业生产经营的全流程进行梳理，同时结合财务分析法对企业...The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.
