dc.description.abstract | 采用环境敏感高分子作为载体通过均相反应、异相分离进行荧光免疫分析(FIA),以及应用稀土螯合物作为标记物进行时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)是现代免疫分析方法中两个引人注目的领域。本论文选题于这两个研究方向,并开展相关研究工作。全文共分六章,主要包括环境敏感高分子的制备及在FIA中的应用和稀土螯合剂的合成与应用。 第一章从免疫分析的定义着手,明确了FIA的唯一共同特征,介绍了FIA的基本原理、测定形式及存在问题,从均相FIA、异相FIA以及均相反应、异相分离的FIA三方面综述了近来的进展,总结了FIA与信号放大、高效分离、自动化等技术的联用情况,在此基础上概括了今后FIA的发展趋势,最后提... | |
