dc.description.abstract | 虽然已经有许多利用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟研究喷雾干燥过程的报道,由于其复杂性,目前仍然缺乏准确的模型、程序来模拟喷雾干燥现象。本论文研究单粒径喷雾干燥过程,相比于传统的喷雾干燥,干燥条件控制更为严格,能减少影响干燥过程不确定因素,有利于更好的研究与分析干燥过程。 本论文利用计算流体力学模拟研究了脱脂牛奶的单粒径喷雾干燥过程,建立三维模型,耦合求解连续相和离散相之间的传质、传热过程,利用Fluent软件的UDF自定义函数引入REA模型计算水分蒸发过程,成功将基于实验的粒径收缩模型导入Fluent中。论文中设计对比了一系列喷嘴出口颗粒分散状态模拟方法,找到与实际较为接近的模拟方法;通过脱脂牛... | |
