杂交种绿盘鲍（Haliotisdiscushannai♀×H.fulgens♂，DF）是我国精品大鲍的代表种，具有生长速度快、存活率高、耐高温、大规格等性状优势，其推广应用极大促进了我国鲍产业的提质增效和转型升级。近年来，绿盘鲍回交后代（H.discushannai♀×DF♂，DD×DF）因其较高的育苗生产效率和较优的养殖性能被作为绿盘鲍的派生良种在产业上也得到广泛应用。在养殖实践中发现，绿盘鲍回交种DD×DF群体中存在外套膜斑纹性状的分离现象，在生产中被用作苗种筛选的重要形态标记，但目前缺少关于此斑纹的遗传特征、及其与其他经济性状关联性的研究和报道。本研究以绿盘鲍回交后代DD×DF为主要研究...
