dc.description.abstract | 建立了离子色谱电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术(ICICPMS)用于饮用水中的痕量BrO-3及Br-的测量。使用DIONEXCarbopacPA100(4mm×250mmi.d.)在流速1mL/min及5mmol/LNH4NO3(pH5.7)淋洗液下进行BrO-3和Br-的分离。该方法以100μL进样量对BrO-3的检出限为0.0027μmol/L(0.22μg/L);对Br-的检出限为0.0067μmol/L(0.54μg/L)。对水样的分析结果表明,所测矿泉水中的BrO-3浓度大大超出了世界卫生组织最新《饮用水水质准则》中所规定的溴酸盐的指导值,而所测量的青岛崂山区生活用水则未检出BrO-3。 | |
dc.description.abstract | With the widely application of disinfection of drinking water utilizing ozone, the impact of bromide formed in the ozonization process on people′s health was paid more attention. In this paper a method to determine trace BrO -_3 and Br - in water by ion chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric detection was developed. BrO -_3 and Br - were separated on a DIONEX Carbopac PA-100(4 mm×250 mm i.d.)column with 5 mmol/L NH_4NO_3 (pH 5.7) eluent solution at 1 mL/min. The detection limit for BrO -_3 was 0.0027 μmol/L, and 0.0067 μmol/L for Br -. The results show that the concentration of BrO -_3 in mineral water analyzed by the method developed in the present work is much higher than that proposed by the World Healty Organization, while no BrO -_3 was detected in drinking water in Laoshan area of Qingdao.
