Abstract
【中文摘要】2014年开始的新一轮高考改革是我国恢复高考制度后探索考试招生制度改革的重要举措,此次改革致力于形成“分类考试、综合评价、多元录取的考试招生模式”。考试科目由分科走向综合,录取批次由分批录取走向分段录取,录取规则由单一走向多元,更加注重公平公正。新高考改革具有渐进性、科学性和合理性,逐渐形成以人为本、求同存异、注重个性、全面发展的价值取向。新时代下对于教育资源公平的追求,成为不断推动新高考改革的动力机制。新高考改革是一个曲折发展的过程,政策的制定应更好地适应现实需求,不断进行改善和调整。因此,今后的新高考改革将更加体现政府治理水平、更加兼顾“弱势群体”、更加突出“五育并举”
【Abstract】 The new college entrance examination reform that started in 2014 is an important step in exploring the reform of the examination and enrollment system after the restoration of the college entrance examination system in China. The reform is dedicated to the formation of M classified examination, comprehensive evaluation, and multiple admissions of the examination and enrollment model”,The examination subjects have been changed from separate subjects to comprehensive subjects,the admission batches have been changed from batch admissions to sectional admissions, and the admission rules have been changed from single to multiple, making the new college entrance examination more fair and just. The new college entrance examination reform is progressive, scientific and reasonable, gradually forming the value orientation of people-oriented, seeking common ground while reserving differences, focusing on individuality and all-round development. The pursuit of fairness in educational resources in the new era has become the driving mechanism that keeps pushing the new college entrance examination reform. The new college entrance examination reform is a tortuous process of development, and policy development should be better adapted to the needs of reality, with continuous improvements and adjustments. Thus, the future new college entrance examination reform will be more reflective of the government's level of governance, more sensitive to the “vulnerable groups” and more focused on the ueduca¬ting five domains simultaneously”.
