dc.description.abstract涉外侵权的法律适用是国际私法领域一个传统又重要的问题。随着各国间人员的跨国交流及资本的跨国流动日趋频繁，涉外侵权案例数量也随之不断增加。对于涉外案件的审理，确定适用的准据法是重要环节之一。目前，世界各国在本国民法典、国际私法典或单行立法中规定了涉外侵权的法律适用。2011年4月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国涉外民事关系法律适用法》（以下简称《法律适用法》）对我国涉外侵权领域的法律适用做出了规定。本文利用威科先行数据库，对我国自2011年以来根据《法律适用法》第44条选择法律进行判决的案例进行实证研究，分析我国涉外一般侵权法律适用实践中存在的问题，对我国涉外一般侵权的立法和实践提出建议。 本文前...
