dc.description.abstract | Both positive and negative aluminum cluster ions were generated by laser ablation of AlN sample. Their laser distributions were analysed using a time-of -flight mass spectrometer. The magic numbers are 7.15 and 23 ion cluster cations and 13, 23, 33 for anions.
