dc.description.abstract研究背景:利用大鼠仔鼠到小鼠的异种心脏移植模型,研究来氟米特在协调性异种移植模型中的作用机制。 材料与方法:分别以SPF级和清洁级Lewis/SD大鼠仔鼠为供体,C57BL/6或Balb/c小鼠为受体行颈部异位心脏移植,观察其生存期。再以SD大鼠仔鼠为供体,C57BL/6小鼠为受体行颈部异位心脏移植,并分为两组:对照组不予抗排斥药物治疗,实验组予以来氟米特单药治疗(30mg/Kg·d)。观察两组移植物生存期,在术后第6天采集移植物、受体血清、受体脾细胞进行检测。最后以Balb/c小鼠为供体,C57BL/6小鼠为受体行同种移植,并分为两组:对照组不予抗排斥药物治疗,实验组予以来氟米特单药治疗(...
